My brew has finally stopped fermenting and I'm planning to rack it into another demijon.
Feeling quite chuffed with myself on my first brew.

A basic mead. It's been fermenting over a month.

Well I've finally bottled my mead, tastes OK for such a young batch. Time to leave it for a while to mature.
