Fruits of my labours over the last couple of weeks. A full batch of my "Vera" Bitter, a 10 litre attempt at a Hobgblin clone, and a 10 litre Barley Wine.

Kölsch next weekend I think.

Your brewing more than me:-o

Gave away quite a lot of my stock over Christmas (and I may have drunk quite a bit of it myself) so I need to replenish. Plus I had 2 weeks off and the time to do it. Back to work tomorrow though :-?

I give a lot away as well, its nice to see some active brewing though:hat:

I know it's been said before but "it's all clibit's fault" .

I really enjoy the process from deciding on the recipe through to drinking the results, which reminds me.... I need to sample one I made earlier I think.

I tried to give a lot away. 60+ bottles of Coopers stout and 34 bottles of the initial Coopers kit larger that I did months ago.
Only 4 bottles of the Stout got drunk because visitors were either driving or wanted wine so 18 bottles of Wine buddy red wine drunk.

Wow looks great...! Hoping to get to. Similar stage myself soon...

As a newbie - do you not need to fit the little red cap onto your airlock? Mine keeps falling off so if I don't need it that would help.

You don't need the cap. The fluid in the airlock prevents any contaminants getting in.
