Oh now you have really confused matters by introducing two more people i.e. Norm and Mr Grimsdale

In fact on the subject of averages do people know that I have an above average number of legs

How can this be?

Well I have two legs, however, some unfortunate people only have one leg or indeed none at all, hence the average number of legs is less than two

Does any one else have an above average number of appendages?
