well, after not brewing for a long time i tried a muntons irish stout, was very good. managed to get it up to 4.8%abv. :
im now trying a lager.
next will be a dark mild with chocolate malt. :hmm:
wish i had all my stainless stuff from the wifes, but will make do with plastic for the time being. lol. :thumb:
