Fairly new to brewing.i have done a couple of kits which turned out ok.i now have the bug.i feel now I'm ready to step into all grain.i have purchased 40l buffalo boiler and cool box for starters,have read how to brew by j j Palmer.water analysis gave me a real headache and my missus has called me a geek!
