Introduction to hop chemistry

I've just come across this open-access paper from Weihenstephan, which is a nice introduction to the "classic" chemicals in hops. It's ten years old so thiols like 4MMP get only a passing mention, but it's a great place to start for those who don't know their sesquiterpenes from their prenyl groups.
