1. Questions about the Sensor.

Q: What's the diameter of the sensor?

A: The tip part of the sensor (metal): Diameter: 6mm, Length: 50mm; The rest part (plastic): Diameter: 3.2mm, Length: 2m;

Q: Is the temperature sensor waterproof?
A: Yes, can be soaked in water or other liquid.

Q: Can be replace into other type of sensor?
A: No, only the NTC sensor assorted. The new version ITC-308S is ok.

Q: What’s the range of temperature measured?
A: -50~99 ℃ / -58~210 ℉



2. Questions about the settings.

Q: If the power goes off, does it work automatically when the power is restored? Does it remember the settings?
A: User Settings will be saved if unplugged.


3. Question about Input and Output.

Q: Can the alarm feature be switched off?
A: Pressing any keys to disarm the buzzer alarm.

Q: What’s its maximum current and power of input and output?
A: Voltage: 100~265 AC
Current: 10A max;
Power: 1200W (110V), 2200W (220V)

Q: Can the ITC-308 be used to control cooling or heating on both output?
A: No, the item can’t work like that. Only can one for heating and another one for cooling. But the new one ITC-306 can be used on both heating output.


4. Error Description

Q: Why there is no output of cooling controller?
A: First, to make sure if there is wrong setting, values effect output of cooling are TS, CD and PT.

a：
When the temperature ＞ TS(temperature set value) + CD (cooling differential value),and the relay of cooling (or from)periods of time, then output the cooling.

At this moment, the sound of relay switch can be heard and the indicator light of cooling keeps on; When the temperature ＜ TS, output of cooling will switch off.

b：

When the temperature ＞TS(temperature set value) + CD (cooling differential value),and the relay of cooling (or from)periods of time.

At this moment, the controller is under compressor delay protection status when the indicator light is flickering;

Until the periods of time ＞ P, then output the cooling, relay stops working, and the indicator light of cooling keeps on;

When the temperature ＜ TS, output of cooling will switch off.

c：

When indicator light keeps on but without hearing the sound of relay switch, it might be the error of the internal circuit wiring of the temperature controller.


When the indicator light keeps on, in the mean time, can hear the sound of relay switch off but without equipment working, it might be something wrong with customer’s equipment.
