Initial Clean on SS Kit

A very fruitful week’s shopping saw these two lovelies arrive today.

I’m assuming that it’s sensible to clean them before first use - any advice on how and what with?

TSP if there's any residual grease to get rid of. Otherwise a once-over with Bar Keeper's Friend will both clean and passivate for you.

I just washed my keg with dish soap and warm water, a 10 min soak with some oxy cleaner and then rinsed a few times with water. Good to go then.
