One small but significant step in te brewing journey, started the 30 bottle Californian connessiour Pinot Grigio seems to have started well, also rumbled up some wow using the recipe on this website, its bubbling like mad already!

I have made the original WOW with tea for the taninn. Bubbling a treat infact has come through the bubbler twice already. Turbo cider???

Thinking for a good red 30 bottle kit next

The original wow is not to everyone's taste but it gets people into making wine from juice so is a good starting point, popular WOW variants are Pomegranate with either white or red grape juice, Apple/Raspberry with either grape juice and cranberry again with either grape juice.
