After more than year off brewing any beer or wine, I finally threw a Wilko Merlot kit into a demi john this week.....I don't know what came over me, but as I passed Wilko on the way home from the Gun Club, I felt drawn to brewing some cheap plonk. Bubbling away nicely. I'll add 2 lots of red grape concentrate over the next few weeks to add body and volume, and I plan to keep until Christmas. Whatever next.....
