How often do you brew?

Beer, 23L every two weeks. For the last three months I've had 10L of RGJ WOW every three weeks and for the last two months I've had 16L of TC every three weeks. As soon as I get another grommet I've got the makings of 32L of tropical punch.

How is your way to Amarillo?
Always been tempted to do this
Cheers

It was really good, but has dropped off now in terms of hop intensity. Still a nice drink, mind. It's about six months old now though, so perhaps not surprising. I've only got a handful of bottles left which I'll probably give away.

Currently brewing a batch every month. My fermentation chamber doubles as my beer fridge, but I'm quickly realising that I might want a dedicated fermentation chamber and a dedicated beer fridge. Also, a larger fermentation chamber that could hold 2 fermenters at a time so I can be drinking a wider variety of beers.

Although, saying that, my best friend has just gotten into brewing so we could go 50/50 on ingredients/batches and do swaps...hmm...

I'm really lazy and tend to gravitate towards doing the bare minimum.

I'm probably on about once per month at the minute, but now I've got a mini-fridge to keep my cornies in, I might invest in some liquid malt extract and try out some extract brewing, seeing as I can store it at the back of the new fridge.

I usually like to have a good stock of homebrew wine ( Beaverdale Barollo usually ), and I've got 4 cornies full of kit beer at the moment.

Currently brewing just a 30 bottle Beaverdale Barollo wine kit at the minute, because my beer kegs are full.

I'm doing something every week, whether it's buying grains, bottling or brewing. I'd say Every 3 weeks I'd put a brew on but I'm only back into this game after a long break. I feel like going the whole hog this time with kegs ect. as every new brew I make is better than the last.
