once every two weeks for me, I'd like to do it more often but I doubt I could find the time and I'd definitely not be able to drink everything I made.
Same. The current one has taken three weeks and I'm itching to get the next one on. Likewise, I've thought about a second FV, but I'd not get away with another one being in the spare room and I wouldn't be able to keep up drinking wise.
How long have you been brewing for? I love it, but wonder if the novelty wears off where I haven't always got something fermenting.
Since i came across the "simple all grain" thread i have done 13 AG brews since 22nd May and about 3 kits. I keep dreaming about hops in the mornings as well. Oh dear. Cheers clibit :drink:
i really wanna coach myself into drinking ales cos there seems to be so much more choice in pubs for ales.
i think its the carbonation that puts me off i like fizz in my beers. ill get on the guiness and ill brew a few ales but just carbonate them a bit more like a lager
I don't brew often enough for my liking but a combination of wife/kids disliking the time and smells, and a lack of space for fvs means I probably have been averaging one a month. I'm not keeping up with the drinking though, got far too much to get through over summer!
