How much VWP will kill yeast?

I've recently made a rather small brew. It amounted to only 2.5 gallons. The initial fermentation took place in a fermentation bin and it was transferred to a closed fermentation container with an air lock. There has been a cold spot in my country, so I decided to but the fermentation container in a cupboard with a fan heater.

Because there is a large volume of air in the fermentation container, when I turned the heater off, the air inside the container cooled down and sucked the fluid in the airlock back into the container.

I estimate that about 3 cubic centimeters of normal strength VWP solution was sucked back into the beer. Will this cause any problems with the fermentation?

Am I just worrying about nothing?

I would think you are worrying about nothing.
The VWP solution is dilute and the 3ml in 11 litres or so is less than 0.03%.
Your biggest concern though should be fluctuating and low temperatures which might cause the yeast to finish too soon.

Boil your kettle next time and just use sterile water.I put starsan in my airlock and the cap blew off due too the bubbles it was creating.Changed airlock and no more starsan..

Taint (antiseptic, disinfectant taste) from chlorophenols is going to be your biggest issue. I hope you get away with it.
 
I use Vodka in my airlocks, so rock and roll, seriously, if that gets sucked in it just a plus in my head!
