How much Sugar to add

So I’ll be doing another batch of TC tomorrow. I was just wondering how much sugar should I add to 5L of Apple Juice?

I don't make it but I believe you don't add any as the amount in the cartons is enough.

But what if you want to make it stronger? I want to do more than 6% lol

I’ve done 2 x Batches of TC. I put 4 TBSP of Brewing Sugar in 1 and the other I just left it as standard.

I got a starting gravity of 1.024 and I’m a bit worried because I realised too late that the juice I used said that there was “no added sugar” Hope this doesn’t have a negative effect on the final product
