Hey all. I put my second home brew on Friday past, Coopers European Lager in my 5 gallon fermenting bucket. On this Sunday, if my hydro readings are good I plan to transfer my brew in to my 23litre king keg top tap barrel. I was wondering how much sugar I should add to the keg to get my secondary fermentation? Help much needed and arrreciated :thumb:

To get the correct carbonation level at 20C you will need to add 190g to 23 litres.
But in a king keg you will not be able to hold the required pressure to obtain lager carbonation as the pressure relief valve will lift at 10 psi :(
To get a good level of carbonation you will need to bottle or use a corny :)
