Hi,
I've decided to try giving my Geordie bitter a hoppy taste by adding some dry leaf hops. The wort has been in a primary for a week now, and if fermentation is nearly over after ten days I was planning to add the hops to a secondary FV.
My question is, how much hops to use from the 50gm blister. All or perhaps half.
Any advice appreciated.
