I didn't intend to do this one, but after I racked the elderberry wine last night it was pretty obvious there was plenty of life in the fruit, so I added a couple of overripe bananas, apple juice, sugar, and all the other usual bits & bobs like amylase and nutrient.

Is this for brews started - or completed :pray: - given that some brews will be vinegar :doh: ?
Perhaps vinegar ought to be in the totals?! :D
