How long is too long in FV1?

I had blue mould but it was on the underside of the lid, not the sides of the FV (yet).

Also if you see lines, or veins, in the crud, these are the results of bacteria communicating between them to set up drainage channels (incredible that they do this, but they do).
 
I can confirm it wasn't too long! Racked it on Boxing Day into a pressure barrel and the Harvest Bitter was looking good. Tastes pretty good already too!

I didn't even open the FV until Xmas Eve as I didn't want to risk any infections.
