How long does it last...

Hi all just a quickie..... after barreling in plastic or corni how long will your beer/lager last i konw i have left mine for 6 month but could you leave it for three years say. I generally brew kits is the BBE date the kit life or after you've brewed it life.. got to say what a great site, I dont ask many questions because i can usually find what im looking for in the search opption and not a great fan of computers.

If it is any good not very long :lol: :lol:

Bottled beer will last years. It will depend on how well the barrel is sealed and if it retains its pressure.

Id imagine it would last alot longer in a corny rather than a plastic keg, because beer in a corny cant be affected by light where as the plastic barrels tend to be a bit see through, but bottles, as graysalchemy says are good aswell, provided they can be stored in boxes to keep light off them.
