how long cask condition for?

I've been letting my beer sit in casks for four weeks before tapping. Is this too long?
I condition bottles for four weeks, so thought it would be the same for casks. Starting to doubt myself though!

I'd say conditioning is conditioning. If it's good enough for a bottle then it's good enough for a cask. ;-)
