Hi guys I've got a problem. I've ordered 2 corny kegs from brew uk and they said they were in stock so I assumed they would be here in time for my beer.
The guy e mailed and said that they are not in stock like the website said and are infack off at a polishers or something and won't be here till next week!
Now I have a beer that has been in the primary fermenter for 10 days and has stopped
and another st peters brew that has been on since Saturday and will no doubt be stopped long before these kegs arrive . will the two beers be ok left on the sediment till kegging at the end of next week?
or should I transfer them into another bin and risk contaminating and air getting to the beer?
Advice welcome I don't want them to go bad !
Cheers
