I bottled my Wherry on Monday night, some in glass bottles and some in Coopers PET bottles. They are currently in the warm for the secondary fermentation. How hard should the PET bottles get before I move them into the cold garage? They are a lot harder than when I bottled them but there is still a little bit of give - should they go completely hard or will I always be able to squeeze them just a little?

give them 2 weeks in the warm then move the bottles to a cool spot for a week, they will be hard and firm by then

+1 for that, I've had those Coopers Bottles really solid in the past expecting them to froth over when opened but they were fine

Happy Christmas.
