How do I know the alcohol content of my batch?

Hey all

Is there any way I can find out the alcohol content of my lager without having the original gravity?

I forgot to use the hydrometer at the begining and have now measured it at 1.011
im making a youngs lager kit and used 1kg brewing sugar

You probably can't unless the tin gives any indication of amount of fermentables and also you would need to know an exact volume. However someone who has done the kit may have an indication as to what the og should be. :thumb:
