8 St Golding 2.7% 15 min
5 Fruggles 0 min

Mashed in at 10.10am, ambient temp 4.7C, HL taken up to 75C, Mash temp 65.3C without adding cold water.
 
Looks a nice refreshing pint! Have a good one :cool:
 
I all went Ian :thumb: I got 23L @1040 but reduced the boil time to 60 mins. Heated the sparge water to 80C in the HLT to compensate for the cold weather. Back inthe house at 3.30pm. Washed the car and cleared some snow as well.
