hot break

brewing eskimo bitter the other day, oops i forgot to put hop strainer in boiler so put hops in muslin bags,put in protofloc tab and towards end of 90 min boil i noticed particles joined together so i new i had reached hot break. point is when hop filter is in boiler and hops swirling round you can not see particles joining up,so do you just assume hot break has occurred after 90 mins :wha:

I can see my particles. . . . :? even if hops are present
