Hops?

What are the differences between this lot.
Goldings
Styrian Goldings
Bobek
Aurora ( Super styrain)

Goldings and Styrians are both citrusy when used as aroma hops, styrians i find alot more grassy than east kent goldings when used for bittering. i've not tried aurora but i'd imagine it's even more grassy by the "super" name and higher AA%

Goldings are flowery, but can have a nice earthy character when used to dry hop. Try Fullers Chiswick bitter on cask as an example.

Styrians, oddly enough i've noticed a difference between whole flower and pellet versions. To me, the whole flower version is quite lemony (try Taylor's Landlord for an example), and the pellet version has a more pronounced citrusy character.

Never used Bobek.

Aurora, try Deuchars IPA.

Bobeks, I have them in the last beer I brewed along with Cascades, I've been told that they are a good subsitutue for Styrians from what I've tasted so far I prefer them, they have a more subtle flavour than Styrians.
