Hops too old?

I bought some Styrian goldings way back in May 2020, 2019 harvest, 3.9% aa. They are in vacuum packed foil bag unopened and have been in freezer all that time, found them when doing a defrost.
Are they usable? Want to use them as a late kettle or whirlpool in a bitter.
 
Yeah, they'll be fine! Vac packed and in the freezer is ideal storage conditions. They last years like that
 
They may have lost a bit of freshness over the years, so for the aroma/late additions you could always put a bit more in

Ps. Your newer purchases may also be affected, aging is contagious.
