after doing my third batch of brewing ,one better brew pilsner one stout and now a muntons conisuir larger I have been thinking of adding hops to the larger kits. the better brew was a lovely strong taste which i liked but the muntons i feel is lacking in aroma and taste. when doing larger kits do you add hops and if so what can you recomend I am gathering parts to start ag but untill i get everything i will continue to adapt kits . my coopers stout is coming on a treat and with my fittings not arrived for my cornie yet i cant get at it so it is going to condition properly as i only managed one bottle after kegging, atb wayne

yeah you can add hops to kits, if you use the search bar up on the top right then you will get loads of posts that have been discussed before. you can use any hops really, best would probably be saaz, cascade, hersbrucker but even a simcoe galaxy etc would be good.you are better letting the kit ferment for a week then 'dry hopping by putting the hops in a sanitised muslin bag for a week before bottling.
