The latest question to pop into my mind that I can't find an answer to:
What does "*hops* @ 0 mins" mean? For example, a recipes hopping schedule is as follows:
Challenger hops 7.6%AA 64g @ 90 mins
Golding hops 4.6%AA 40g @ 10 mins
Golding hops 40g @ 0 mins. <------ :wha:
Does the "*hops* @ 0 mins" thing mean as you turn off the heat, add the last hops? If so, how long for...? Until its been cooled enough to pitch yeast?
I've been using the following guide to get my head around the AG process, but the recipe doesn't state "hops at 0" so just looking to clarify.

I'm sure this is a really daft question, so I apologise. I'm sure ill look back on it and cringe but I'd rather nit ruin my first AG brew right at the end!
