If you look at reviews of the Angel Homebrew stuff, pretty sure it’s all from the same factory in China just different branding

they have the jackets too

They are good quality for the price, if I didn't have the snub nose fermenters that would be my choice. It is also possible to make a few alterations and apply some pressure, as long as you don't try to use the clips to retain the lid at pressure. They will break the spot welds.

Hi 👋 I was wondering what alterations are necessary to apply pressure to this fermenter (closed transfer to a keg)? This is my first attempt at this technique and I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks.

No.

Same here. I have the BrewMonk version, but it seems they only differ by the sticker that is on the outside.

Yes. The only bad thing I would say is that the legs edges are a bit sharp... nothing a file/sandpaper can't cure.

I like mine. @Chippy_Tea just got one for wine. See this thread for lots more info: https://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/threads/fermenter.105950/

I am more than happy so far I put a heat belt half way down and on its lowest setting it kept the temperature above 20c I will be bottling directly from it this weekend for the first time.
