Hop wort loss calculator - Is there one, or is there an amount that is generally used, as i've been using loads of hops in my last few brews i've been coming up short on my final volume. My last brew for instance i used 150g of hops and was 2 litres short. (probably not the hops, but me :? ) So what losses should I be allowing for say 100g of hops? :thumb:

1 kilo of hops displaces 1 Litre and absorbs 15L of wort so your 100g of hops will absorb around 1.5L of wort
