Hop Pellet Question

Since Bulldog ceased production of their Mad Bad Lager kit I've been trying to reproduce the flavour using a Geordie lager kit and some hop pellets. Initially I added 25g of Hersbruck pellets as I couldn't remember what pellets were supplied by Bulldog. This had absolutely no effect on the Geordie kit. I then discovered that it was Aramis hops supplied by Bulldog so I made up another Geordie kit and added 50g of Aramis pellets at day 5. Again upon tasting it, absolutely NO effect. Where am I going wrong with these pellets?

When are you adding them? And how are you doing it?

Normally after 5 days and I just drop them in.

OK so they are used like a dry hop, and you want the lighter floral notes added to the beer?

What's the temp at this point?
