Hop Aroma

I am a big fan of brewdogs Punk IPA as it has a lovely aroma I have been unable to find in bottled supermarket beer. My question is, if I was try and recreate that kind of aroma, what would be the best way of doing it? Dry hopping? Adding aroma hops at the end of the boil?

Also how much would I need to use? I have not dry hopped before but no DME brew I have done before has come close.

Thanks, so looks like a dry hop of about 90-100g will get me what I'm after
