When chooseing honey for a beer is it best practice to use the best local no preservatives stuff or as its my first AG brew should I just go for the supermarkets own brand in case it all goes belly up.

I went for a kilo of Sainsbury's own brand orange blossom honey, and as I was kegging up, I'd say that was spot on for a 5 gallon brew length. It was there in the middle, but not overpowering.
