Good day to you all, just returned from Saudi where my skills as a brewer became legendary, it was great fun shopping for ingredients in Saudi supermarkets (which were very cheap) and smuggling wine yeast and nutrients in my toiletry bag on return from visits to the UK.
Having been back home in Newcastle now for 6 weeks I have decided to carry on brewing, trying not to use kits.
Looking forward to reading all your tips and tricks.

Welcome to the forum

Sounds like Saudi must be an, er, entertaining place to brew... Not best known for their lenient stance on law breakers... :hmm:

There were more alcholics in Riyadh than Glasgow, or Newcastle for that matter, obviously if you were caught drinking outside your compound then it was 120 lashes no defence. Its a hypocritical country, just have to watch them tipping the whisky down on British airways.
