Hello all,
I'm novice homebrewer in Huntingdonshire, mainly interested in brewing beer, pale ales and lager as easiily as possible from kits.
Tried Coopers Pale ale, Canadian Blonde and Real Ale so far and have cans of Mexican and English bitter
I'm currently trying some Youngs Brew Buddy cider (for the wife 'cos I'm not usually a cider drinker) which isnt going as well (see my other post) I've also seen an Elderflower cider kit and had the thought of adding lime cordial to it at time of drinking to immitate Kopperburg which is lovely (but expensive).
If can master some of these then I might try some wine kits too.
This is always something I wanted to try but I had extra incentive to reduce the alcohol budget after being made redundant recently
regards
