Homebrew in perfect draft (or other home pourer machine) kegs

Has anyone tried brewing in perfectdraft beer kegs for use with the perfect draft machine? Would this work?

It would be pretty horrific. There's a plastic bag inside and a tube going to the bottom so as the fermentation got underway it would push all the wort out. It just wouldn't be worth the bother modding it because you could get a 5 litre water bottle for about a quid and drill a hole in the cap for an airlock.
