Decided to make myself a cooling jacket for when I have full size kegs in.

The keg is sitting on a plant pot tray to collect any condensation. Then wrapped 8m of 3/8 inch copper pipe which is connected to my shelf cooler, then wrapped in two layers of foil insulation. I'm awaiting delivery of my pipe insulation.

I'm also in the process of making an insulated box for my cornies which will have a copper pipe lined lid. I'll share pics once that is built.

Sounds like a good idea.

I built an insulated box for my cornies. But I totally dismantled an undercounter fridge and used the cooling elements to line the box. The fridge was from freecycle and dismantling it took a couple of hours and 4 beers.

It runs very happily at beer serving temp. But I can also get it down to -11c if I leave it on constant.
