The Asda Eden Falls 5L jugs are the cheapest mineral water I've seen at £1,06 per jug.

There's an added bonus that these jugs can be easily converted to fermenters, like so;

Used them also for DJ's in my turbo cider era! Great and cheap although the ridges can collect gunk! Never caused a problem though :)

Just used one for a very small 4 ltre AG brew.
Drilled out a hole just large enough to take the airlock:thumb:

Came across an even better deal on water. A local Turkish shop has 5L jugs of the brand "Saka" for 99p.

Iceland have their own brand spring water..Ice Vale,5l for a quid..plus you could pick up a load of cheap beef burglars and ice cream pizzas while you're at it!

Cheers

Update -- a kindly coffee place in the British Library gave me these water coolers. They make even better fermenters than the water bottles -- here racking the cider.
