I wanted to do a beer festival for a while now and its my birthday in may so am hopefully going to give it a try. Obviously time is running out and I am not sure which beers to make.
so far i have:
Stout: four shades of stout, 5l keg
Bitter: little kenny (forgot half of the grain bill!!), brew barrel
Pale lager: No name, 4kg lager malt, 500g maize, corni 1
IPA: no name, corni 2
Kolsch: no name, corni 3
Turbo Cider:
I would like another bitter, a wheat beer, a of couple pale ales and a porter. I am doing one brewday a week or poss two if i can cram them in, and have been brewing in order of maturation time. What order should make the beers in, which would need time to mellow and others that are good young? I'd like to do way more but i only have four cornies, two brew barrels, 60 swing top bottles and a load of 5l min kegs so am limited to what i can brew
