You might have seen my first all grain brew, and up until the fermentation it was going quite well. However since I accidentally added gelatin halfway through fermentation. Now I'm worried because the beer seems to have settled at 1.013, despite pitching some new yeast. I'm currently thinking leave it for a week, then if nothing has changed just bottle as normal?
