My all time favorite is Hicks cornish ale from St. Austell. I live in Norway and theres no one here who import the beer. So i have to make it myself. Have tried a couple of brews but i cant get the perfect recipe. My latest try is this: For 25 liter:
5 kg maris otter
0,5 kg caramel/crystal 90
0,1 kg Black mutons
50 g Fuggles 60 min
29 g East Kent Goldings 15 min
I used US-05 yeast, but next time it would be som english ale yeast.
Do you have any ideas how this can be better?
