Hi

I am JP and live in Scotland.

I have just finished my first coopers lager homebrew and found it quite nice.
I would like to try and brew something that is more like lager (preferebly close to Gambrinus or Staropramen).
I would be happy to hear any tips for brewing.

Hi. I too am new to this forum but have now brewed a few lagers. Im sure others who are more experienced may have good reccomendations . I really enjoyed the coopers lager. But even more so the "wilko delicate pilsner" i brewed as instructions with 1kg muntons brew enhancer. Its not staropramen but it is very good and its cheaper than coopers.Bonus!

I will definitely give this a try. Read some reviews and people seem to like it.
