My name is Thomas, i am not new to home-brewing, have about 10 years of home-brew experience in wines and meads making and vodka/spirit based liquers, I have lot of interesting and usefull knowledge about meads - and similar honey based drinks so maybe will be helpfull to some of You guys, I am completely new to cider making and beer brewing, but with help from this forum hope to start soon.
