Hi guys.

Relatively new to this, done a couple of kits and they turned out OK so far, think i've worked out how to get better results (seperate yeast and spraymalt!) but not quite up for brewing my own (proper own!) beer.

few questions though!

1) which is the best lager kit? currently doing a muntons one, i'm sure it'll be good.

2) what's the easiest and most cost efficient bottling/storage method - at moment i have 40 pint bottles but want to get another brew on at the same time, but i'm skint (lost my job, sad times :cry: ) so what is the best cheap and hassle free method of storing 40 pints?

Coopers do some fine largers i've had good results with them (the mexican style one is great) and on bottles you can buy PET ones quite cheap (http://www.microhomebrewery.co.uk/pet-b ... -230-p.asp) or recycle fizzy drinks bottles. Hope that helped and wecome to the forum.

hi and welcome , ask at your local pub they often will give you empty bottles , you want brown bottles if poss :
