hi there i have a small problem with my brew i have tried to brew 2 of the home brew kits the first one went completly wrong so started a new one but the problem that i have is that it is cloudy i followed what they said to the mark but still no luck on going clear the one i have now has been in my barrel now for about 3 to 3 weeks and is still cloudy plenty off fizz but thats it hope some one can help many thanks glenn :hmm: :wha:

Firstly did you take a hydrometer reading when it started ? secondly what temp are you fermenting at i think its not finished fermenting

Need more info, what are you brewing ? How long did you ferment it for ? What temp etc
Also I assume you'v barrelled it, try bottling it as the beer clears miles quicker, when barrelling its best to rack to a 2nd fermentor for a week or two and use finnings to help clear it.

the temp was around 18 to 21 i took reading it was about 1,030 then when barreled it was about 1,007 for about three days dont realy know what the lager is as the tins didnt have any lables on them as it came as a kit
