Hello, I've recently come back to brewing my own booze with renewed vigour. In the past I made lager, bitter and stout from kits on an armature level. More recently I have been making brews where I have gathered some of the ingredients myself such as Elder flower champagne, Sloe gin etc. I'd like to find other interesting concoctions to try to appetise my love of bushcraft foraging and booze, such as beech leaf noyau. any recommendations???

Thanks
