Hello to all at the homebrewforum

I imagine I am part of a great number of lockdown newbies!

Ive just started 2 batches of elderflower wine -Ive read lots of useful posts on here to help on my journey, so I thought it was time to change from a lurker and sign up.

I have a few questions which, as a newbie I cant fathom, I hope the more experienced here wont mind some dumb questions!
