Hi guys brand new to wine making!!!
Slight problem....... We've lost our instructions.
I'm really hoping someone can help me!!!!

I can't wait to make our own wine!

I have a Youngs brew wine buddy, 6 bottles 7 day starter kit. It's Cabernet Sauvignon.

Eventually I'd love to make strawberry wine once I know how

well the kit is very straight forward no hassle fonzey kind of deal, its 5 gallons i think they make yes? so all you do is melt the wine can into a big saucepan of hot water untill its all liquid then put it into a 5 gallon bucket and top up with water and add your yeast, leave in a warm place for about a week untill its stopped bubbling and you can see just see still wine and hardly any froth on top then bottle it.

you may find its not to your taste after 3 month of maturing in bottle or maybe you will love it, either way you should have a go at fermenting fruit juices from tesco, results are amazing and soooooo cheap, what kit do you have if any? alot can be done in empty pop bottles like i do if you dont want to spend on brewing buckets (fermenting vessels)

if you like cider then make tubo cider (TC on the forum) its great i think can be as good if not better than many ciders in shops

what kind of nights do you go to at TJ's?

ollie

edit. sorry just seen 6 bottle kit, work out how much liquid 6 bottle of wine are thats the amount you top up the water to.
