Thanks everyone for the suggestions, and for the welcome.

I sometimes travel in the Farnborough direction so I can probably make use of that, and for small items (yeast, citric, nutrients, pectolase etc) I'll cope with mail order.

At the time of writing there's still a small chance that Wilko will be saved, but I'm not hopeful.
